This system is based and inspired by advanced technologies from Japan and Germany, and is introduced by our company. Our R & D department has independently developed Smart and High Precision Chemical Batching System for dosing and batching materials in the form of granular, powder, flake, etc., which used in rubber, cable polymer materials, silicone, friction materials, plastics, pigment and other industries. The system adopts multiple feeding methods such as electromagnetic vibrator, double (single) screw feeder, belt conveyor, self-cleaning screw feeder, vibrating screw feeder and continuous stepless speed regulation smart control device. Multiple electronic scales are set and drive separately. According to the different needs of users, achieve automatic control and management of the material weighing and batching process to ensure uniform and stable batching accuracy. The system is equipped with complete environmental protection and automatic bag making and taking equipment.
